Things to train everyday

There's a few things that I think is benificial to train or do everyday in order to achieve my dreams.
  • Do Tai Chi or push ups
  • Write a few pages of stories
  • Search and read papers
  • Meditate
  • Read Buddhist and Sci-fi books
Umm.... that's it, but it's a lot of time to do them, not to mention self-discipline. Haiz.
